Arillas today, again looking good and these pics were taken about 5 pm ish when it was starting to wind down after yet another hectic day.



I went to Arillas, armed with camera, to catch Phil n Jen who, I'm told, enjoyed a Rainbow Quiz last night.
But..... drew a blank there - where B em? Maybe they were still in their appt looking up the answers to last nights questions?

I did bump into Anne-K and hub, Paul yesterday though. They go home today which is a shame because I think many interesting conversations could have been had.
I find it very strange that we can go to Corfu Town and bump into many Arillas locals yet in Arillas you can miss people so easily. - Maybe you all do hide away from me!!!

Anyway, something going on in Kavvadades tonight.

I think it is a "theatre" of some sort and starts at 21:00 hours with free admission.
Struggling to translate the rest and reckon, by the time I do, we'd have missed it.
And where in Kavvadades is it?

At 6 pm with a temp of 29 deg I bid you all "ta-ta"

Just a slight breeze in Arillas but only as annoying as a cat purring in your lap.

Arillas tonight sees many people relaxing around outside tables in all Tavernas/Hotels.

( With quite a few more taking in what the bars have to offer )

I think we nearly ran Phil n Jen over this evening. Didn't see 'em till after the event,

just had two weeks there didnt see anyone even had my arillas t shirt on,unless peeps were just avoiding me ha ha .

Greetings peeps!

Yesterday when I landed at the Corfu airport I saw first glimpse of Arillas in the form of Theo who was delivering cars at the airport.  So  now I have settled back to the village and naturally proceeded to get blind drunk last night and suffered my hangover on a quite busy beach today. Lunch in Thalassa was as good as always and shortly I will pop to see who I can spot with my camera. Watch this space

Erja was spotted this afternoon in Coconut drinking "ICED COFFEE" - Hmmmmm!

Shares have plummeted today in Ionian Beer sales!
If this keeps on we will all very soon be on bread and gruel for evening meals.

C'mon Erja we're relying on you!

26 deg in the shade here, at 7:45, and a twinge poor exchange of e1.23 but hey!!!

Arillas really is a relaxed pic at the mo. Just winding down a very teeny weeny bit.
