Completed in 2006 Villa Linakis is a traditional style villa occupying an enviable position close to Arillas. This welcoming villa sits in the hushed setting of Olive groves, just the perfect place to relax and unwind...yet only a short distance from the Blue Flag beach, water sports, tavernas and restaurants of Arillas. To ensure your relaxation and privacy Villa Linakis has it's own swimming pool with loungers and parasols, also a barbecue with a poolside dining area. There are various well furnished terraces to enable you to make full use of the villa in sun or shade. Air conditioning, TV, DVD player, CD players in all bedrooms and living area, safes, hairdryers in all bedrooms. Fully equipped kitchen:dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing m/c, microwave, Kettle, Toaster, Iron, coffee grinder, etc.... Highchair, bouncy cradle, cot (linen provided), pushchair, baby monitor all provided free of charge. Outdoors: Balconies / Terrace, Private outdoor pool, Private garden, ample furniture including hammock & hammock seat, BBQ, adults + childs bicycles available Maid service twice weekly. Linen, towels & pool side towels provided. Free welcome pack.
