driving from the airport

Hi,  just remembered a bit of a problem getting from the airport to the road that runs north west of Corfu town.

We left the airport, turned left and then right but came to a dead-end. It had something to do with the new road that they had built.

So, any advise on the best way to leave the airport if i'm heading for Arillas.

If you're unsure of the way, just turn right when you leave the airport and keep going until you come to the seafront. Turn left and eventually you will pick up the road that leads out of Corfu town towards Paleo and other NW destinations.
This does mean that you will be driving through the port but I've done it s couple of times and it's not too bad. Just remain patient if the traffic's a bit heavy.

yes thought of that, and its going to be late at night, so pretty quiet.

think I've spotted the new route, just needed an up to date map.

That's the route I always take! I found it by chance and it's a better and more scenic route. It takes you past the forts and the docks then onto the main road.
