Theo or Tassos at Arillas Transfers. Simply the best! Used them many times

Where are you staying?  Usually your accomodation owners are happy to arrange a taxi transfer for you.

Two taxis, arrive and depart is 120 euros, we hired a VW polo for the week, they meet you and you return you to the airport, sat nav included, total cost approx 180 euros/week.
This enabled us to have days out and we and found and saw some of the lovely villages and scenery for some of our holiday.
It also enabled to visit 2 or 3 lovely restaurants in the surrounding areas that can only be reached by car or taxi, which is not really an option in Arillas.

If you have arrived at the airport before 1.30pm and are travelling light or have wheeled suitcases then consider the Green Bus. It is a fifteen minute walk to the brand new bus station that has a very nice modern cafe doing drinks and pasties. The 2pm A6 bus will then transport you to Arillas via Afionas, possibly Sidari and through little villages and olive groves. It takes about an hour and a half - the cost? 4 Euros 80 cents.
To come home the bus leaves Arillas at 6.25am, 8.50am and a think there is a later one.

All depends what you like to spend your money on, for me it is sea bass and Mythos, and how light you travel.
