After snowflake ball and M & S knicker gripper nightmare on Saturday seriously thinking of losing weight ESPECIALLY after seeing the pics!

Any advice on how to lose a stone before Christmas? SM v WW?

Glad you are on the mend Viv, I didnt realise it was as bad as it was with hip problems too.  I would have gone stir crazy if I couldnt go to my jive class.  I pulled a muscle for a week, got a painful bursa on my elbow (too many logins on this site I think) the next and it was driving me mad.  You poor thing being out of action for so long, so pleased its on the mend now.

Dont know whether to take offence at being called blobegirl Lindypops!  I had to read it twice then realised it was a typo (at least I hope it was), it made me laugh anyway.

How exciting to have a pool being made!  It must be like being pregnant ~  building a new place and pool.  Great excitement when its all finished and the memories of all the problems are behind you when you can enjoy it.  Looking forward to seeing it finished.

Don't you go worrying about the new villa yet, whatare  your thoughts about M & S Gripper Knickers for making us girls who wanna lose a bit of weight but and are struggling the opinion so far is they are good got any dood ideas?. I tried looking at the website but it is still under construction for that villa!! any way hope you are ok not been online for a little while

Well it looks like im going to be putting on more weight before Christmas, as I got told yesturday no dancing or stenuais exicese tell the new year.
What I want to know is how come I can go to work and yet im not allowed to do anything else, mind you my boss has been very good and im just doing
bits and bobs. Have been put on Tramadol and I have heard it depresses the appitate, so there might be some hope, after all. ;-) Viv

Some of the sights I've seen on beaches and they don't care!!  My motto (since I turned 40) is "If you don't like it, don't look!!!'.  I hope you feel better soon Viv, sounds very unpleasant for you.
