To really appreciate Mon Amour you have to be here in the Winter.

No menu , order what's happening on the night. "Sombre" burning away plus log fire. Many Greeks putting the world to right. TV showing all sorts of Greek progs.

It's our local and keeps us alive and kicking during the Winter, and we luv it to bits.

(2 Giros take away's plus a giant bag of chips plus a large glass of wine while you wait.)

We had our first ever meal at Mon Amour in April and absolutely loved it. The atmosphere is very family oriented, which was a bonus for us. Bumped into Coconut Perry and his tribe while we were there. The food was excellent and to be collected and returned to Arillas makes it a "will visit" in July. In fact it will be more than once.

Mon Amour in the winter sounds wonderful- would love to experience that but unfortunately will not be in Arillas then. Enjoy Negg

Hi Negg

Mon Amour in winter sounds delightful.

Hope we will get a chance to enjoy it this winter.
We are moving over at the end of September. Just need to find somewhere to live as where we were going to move into in Garnades( Just outside Aviotes) is no longer available.

Maybe a tent on our land in Velonades will be our only option unless we can find somewhere when we come over for our hols in July/August.

Positive thinking guys!

Of course you'll find somewhere. I think the Greek way of looking at it is:-

A tent is better than a cardboard box and a cardboard box is better than no box at all.
Having no box is better than not being here to have no box that you cannot be in.

Velonades is a super place to have land of your own. ( Mon Amour is not far away , as well)
