Liked the boats very much.  So let's consider something for C  Going right back to September 1970 when Julia and I stayed at the Ipsos camp of Club Mediterranée.  Two weeks speaking French was a splendid learning experience, and I got to get my certificates for water skiing and dinghy sailing - quite a memorable holiday.  Amazing too that Julia and I are still together after more than 47 years!

Hi
Pat, anybody who has ever met you and Julia, and spent time in your company,  will know that you wouldn’t need handcuffs, to make sure you remained together.

Thanks for the kind words, Geoff.  Yes it was a sort of sarong but the French called it a pareo.  Here's another photo of me, and my pareo, taken by Julia, but this time am wearing it round my neck.  Note the matching trunks with south seas Gaugin pattern by Intersparta.  Photo taken in Corsica (so another C) September 1969.  Looking back I think I must have been a dedicated follower of fashion!

Where shall we go for the letter E?  Back to June 2007.  This one is called "Evenin' All".
