H = Harbour

Taken at San Stef, who recognises the red van?

Yes its Tomas from vavilas and that's his boat just coming in.

Do you know what?  I never knew there was a harbour in San Stef.  We always carry on down the road towards the beach and the shops...  Now that is somewhere we must walk to... Do you just turn left and follow the road once you are down the cliff walk?

Yes that's more or less correct, just follow the road down the hill.

I am even more keen now to do that walk again!    Somewhere we havent been yet is brilliant  - something to look forward to and new photos to take!!!  thanks!

I am not going to let Mike know and surprise him... there are a few things I havent let on about what has been going on in Arillas so he will have some surprises i.e. the new pools and the new Bar (Marias old shop)... by the way does anyone have a photo of that?

LOL BG, yes you just follow the road down to it.  There is a little hut selling ice creams and ouzo!  Facing the boats is a cove, the sea is so clear,loads of crabs.  Even he remembered us last year.

Hi Sharon,
Did you know that there used to be a footpath from the cliff footpath right down to the harbour, as a matter of fact its still there but so over grown that when Pete and I tried it to get back to Arillas a couple of years ago we were scacted to pieces at only a couple of yards in.
Dimitris had taken us out and dropped us of at the harbour to walk back (we thought we were being clever) anyway when we got back we told him about our adventure and he said that when he got time he would try and find out how to go about getting it cleared  as it used to be a really good walk. I wonder Dimitris did you ever manage to find out or with you being such a busy man did it just go out of your mind as it did ours untell now. lol Viv
