What a lovely photo of Aristotellis, The first time we met him he was sooo shy but really came out of himself at Dimitris & litsa's wedding handing. I think he must have trown as much rice as the rest of us all together. Bless him. Viv

Viv
He's a lovely little lad. Saw him very briefly, getting off the school bus at lunchtime.
Makes me feel old. i can still remember when we sent him a pressie when a "baby".
********************************************************************

I was in Arillas around 1 pm and the weather looked good, but it changes so quickly.
By 3 pm we had thunder and lightening and nearly constant showers. Rains stopped now at 6pm but the thunder is back again.

Anyway.... Didn't stop me catching Spiros @ Portofino doing a bit of a makeover on his studios.

His studios are looking good. Small, no kitchen but a fridge and kettle and an outer mozzy screen door, and across the road from the beach. This view was taken from one of his studios.

Bumped into this guy. Don't think he needs an introduction.

And.... Work progresses on the Hotel Akti Arilla pool. Quite a few large mounds of earth already dug out. Could be worth a pic in a couple of weeks.
Cheers

I bet that there isn't another holiday forum, on the "net", that has the eggclusives that we have. We are spoiled rotten by Eggy and Wegg.

Thanks for more great pics.

Ger on wi yer rubbish.
Yer only saying that 'cause you wanna keep the wheels on yer hire car.

Very difficult for me to take those pics, this morning, coming back from Corfu Town.
I had a convoy behind me at Troumpetta and Agros was a very busy place.
Interesting that on the way to Corfu Town, 8:30 am,  there was a car stuck by what I now call "MY WALL"
( What was their excuse ? )

Anyway, the sign in Agros, for Arillas directions, is for Daphne and Kavvadades.
That may help for a while.
Cheers

Hi Eggy lovely to see the photo of Spiro.  I was talking to him on Monday night and he told me he was having air con fitted as well as the mosquito nets.  I really really want to be there NOW!

Viv - You have never been considered an antique and I reckon you're younger than me.
However, if you ever get to the wrinkled stocking phase we could have a job for you.!
(Probably not in my lifetime though )

Spiros is certainly doing a grand job. He told me he's working there nearly every day.

Just came back from Corfu Town!
We had a lovely sunnyDay,! Litsa went shopping and then we went to see the newborn Boy of Vasilis and Anita from Hotel Marina  who was born on the 6th February 3.700gr!!!
I was not brave enough to take a picture but I can assure you that he looks a good as ours did, when he was born.
I was not shy though to take a picture of Litsa and bebis strolling in Liston street.

That;s for now I'm leaving some space for our On the Spot Reporter.

Dimitris you little tinker you. - Don't forget that I was taught by the "Masteros" and still have a lot to learn.

This is Arillas today and I got my feet wet taking this photo.

A really great day and so quiet on the beach. You don't have to close your eyes to hear the small waves gently lapping at the sand. How nice is that?

But, we have a selection of "Beach lost n found" here !

I'm sure that flip-flop could fit Viv. - Lost one last year Viv ?
And why do I think that the plastic anchor could belong to Terry W?
And... Has that arm band really got a speedo logo on it ? - Who owns up to that one?

I'm sure you know who this is. He sends his good wished to all.

And... A little bird tells me that the idea for this build is a Taverna. Anyone here last year may remember this being started around July. It's on the main round down just past that "House in a House" on the corner.

I apologise for the liddle ole fluffers around the pic. Camera on wrong setting.
( Come back Wegg - All is forgiven !! )
Cheers
