Dimitris, your new forum pic is lovely. You look ten years younger! Fatherhood obviously suits you like it did Phil. Bebis beautiful too.

Arillas today looks so inviting, all. thanks Egg and Wegg. Have a story for you about that in the summer, Wegg, and nothing to do with Drambuie

Hi Amanda

I had heard that the owner of the Arilla Inn isn't well and is currently in Athens for treatment.  Mind this is only what I have been told sp not sure whether is will be closed again this season.

This was true Mick & Jill.
Now with regret, I have to give the bad news that he died 2 days ago after a battle with cancer. A well respected member of Arillas, and well known to surrounding areas, a loss like this affects the whole community.
The only fitting tribute I can think off and offer, on behalf of those of us, who met him in the past, is the plaque outside the Arillas Inn.

I think the weather was waiting for me today and , what seemed like continuous drizzle all morning, turned into rain as soon as I left Kavvadades.

Hotel Akti swimming pool will be where the car park was. The roof has been removed on the "conservatory area" on the right and looks like it may be incorporated as a relaxing area to the pool. Speculation only, pictures soon.

News from Angela of Angelas Appts. She's planning to make a childrens/games room for the benefit of her customers this year. It's a room easily accessible from her appt and just a stroll down from Villa Maria. It will have various books/games/darts and a little "light" excercise equipment plus various other items to keep any children amused while the parents enjoy a quick "on the balcony breakfast". ( Or Vice-Versa of course )
Sounds like a very nice touch to me.

Malibu could be ready for photos mid next week on their new seating area and I hear Mirage have some "work" sceduled for the end of ths week. Maybe the camera is reqd on Sunday?

I acheived 50% of my target today and also spent some time with Dimitris and Noufris at Brouklis. Brouklis is also having a "behind the screen" revamp which will ease the stress of all his workers when they are busy.
- Which is nearly every night so probably most welcome by all of them!. -

Didn't find Phillipe at Tria but then I think Phil & Jen said somewere that he's on his way to England.

And, finally a plug for the IonianRealty.com villas being built at St George. I finished my "rounds" there in the hope that "The Boss" still had some Tsipouro left. No luck at all.
All I got was this lousy picture taken from the top balcony of the build.

Wanna know more then have a look at the website.
Best Wishes All
Negg

Sad news indeed Neill, my condolences to all his family and friends in Arillas.

It's good to see the boys project in San Georgios is progressing, tell darling Kostas that we look forward to seeing it in May...and no we have not forgot about him.

Hi Neil

Thanks for the update on the Arillas Inn.  Very sad news indeed, we have been going to Arillas since 1987 and unfortunately only got to meet the owner of Arillas Inn two years ago.  How very sad, my thoughts are with all the family.

Eggy, I assume we are talking about Leo's father, Takis? It is very sad....he always looked such a robust character.
