Really sorry we are going to miss you! You are becoming something of a celebrity! Maybe next time. Have a good time in UK. We have been expats before and know that whilst trips  back are good they can be exhausting too. Enjoy the wedding and we will keep watching the forum for news. Cheers Rob and Jean

You can stock up on Jelly Babies and Pickled Onions though!

BG
Our suitcases will be nearly empty on the trip over but, who wants a list of what we're bringing back? - Yer wonna beleeve it! - "" eat yer heart out Gunga Din ""
( A saying of mine -  I can translate if necessary )

Welcome to a dull Arillas today with temps hovering around 19/20 deg and what to do on a, maybe, mediocre day like this:-.................................

Did these people bring their rods with them or are they just bamboo canes + a peice of twine and safety pin? ----------------  Who knows!

Give the Marina pool about 3 more weeks and it's open for business. About the same for Akti Arilla pool. - Only my estimate but if they are any quicker than that I'll eat my trainers. ( Both looking very good though and worth the wait )

A few places still yet to open:-
Thallassa - About 7 days time.
Costas on the Beach - a week , or so.
Eftihia - 7/10 days.

Malibu is looking after a few people on the duller days and today they were showing the film "10,000 BC ".

Coconut has a "male" behind the bar during the afternoons now. -- One for the ladies!

( He's called Yiannis by the way and a very pleasant guy he is )

Cheers
Negg

Is Efithia ever opened?  It has never been when we walked past.  I shall look out for it now.

Cant believe its over cast, its been scorching here in Surrey?  Started my tan already and hope I will be a decent color by September, unless it rains here all summer!

Thank you Eggy for that report :)

Dull days in Arillas are always perfect for the famous long wet lunch, which Heidi and I had to do couple of times last September ;)

As for the new chap in Coconut, nice! But what happened to Katarina?
Life is good ;)

Negg, fantastic reports as usual, could you do me a huge favour?  If you get the chance could you have a look at Vivalis and see if he is open?  I am eating the swordfish and Georgia's potatoes as I'm typing this!

Thanks

Sharon x

Hi Sharon,
Enjoyed a great meal in Vavilis a few nights ago.  Thalassa not opened yet though, and Kostas on the Beach only just opened last night (Saturday). :)
Shame we'll just miss you after not bumping into you last year :(
Cheesecake at the Horizon to die for!

EEG, i can vouch for Yiannis being a nice guy - good sense of humour too!

Unfortunately, only one night left which just has to be spent at Brouklis!
Bumped into Patrickjohn the other day - photos to follow on our return home.
Yammas,
Lynn x
