No Lynn, we don't either!

For us fans of Victoria Wood (and those that have never heard her song and think we.ve gone potty!)

Thanks for posting that, Jen - I think it's ok to be a bit potty but it might help if people don't think we've completely flipped!

Colin and I have been having a good giggle at it again - he'd forgotten half of it!
Love, lynn x

You're an excited lot out there !

Arillas today? - And who needs a pic of the beach when you have ANG & CHRIS in the 3rd day of their holdiay.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Breakfast? - At 3 pm in the afternoon at Helens Creperie? Washed down with alcohol?
Happy holidays you two. - I calculate that their evening meal for 2 will be at 3 am.,
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Bumped into Wendy n Stu again with whom we had a very nice evenng last night.
They are back to England tomorrow. A shame for them, and us, as good company can sometimes be hard to find. - C'mom you lot- Get on a plane if you haven't booked!

A little bird telss me that PJ was sighted, last week, in his "Notorious Swimwear" parading along the beach. ( He did well not to get arrested - ALLEGEDLY )
He also did well not  to have been spotted by the "Donut Man" who, I'm told is now teaching his son the business. ---- Aaarrrgh - (Where do we hang these donuts?.)

Very jealous of Dimitris and Noufris at Brouklis today as thet had goat meat for lunch.
Excellant it looked too and I never got offered any! ( Share some with us Brouklis! )

Add all this to time spent in the Coconut and time to inhale the view and quiet of the beach and I donna swap for any ting!

A very merry 26deg at 7 pm and I bid you all " Have a good evening" - ( We will ! )

Now we're in Jume ? - So many people - So little time!
Cheers
Negg

thanks for another great installment of Arillas Today. Could have been us having breakfast a 3pm, washed down with alcohol! Ask Anna of Studio fame - she often served us.......

It's good to be back on topic - we've had to resort to hostess trollies and Woman's Weekly while you were away!!!

all the best
Phil

Hi Everyone
Eggy: I thought I spotted you last week talking to the workmen finishing the Akti swimming pool.  I spoke to this bloke who denied being you!
True that I was on the beach but spent most of my time up the North End, though I did a snorkel round the jetty.  One fisherman asked me to tie a fish on the end of his line as he wasn't having much luck.  Most of the fish were round the other side of the jetty.
Sorry I missed you - will have to return soon for another try.
Best wishes
PJ

What can you do in an Arillas today that has temps around 29 deg?

Ang n Chris had a good idea by chilling out.

Here's another alternative:-

Mick plus friends taking it easy! - Mick looks after the pedaloes here and what a great job to have. - How much do I have to pay to get it?

Costa's, ( On the beach ) had another idea by hiding away, in the shade, to sort out his evening menu. - But I found him in the end!

Plenty of room on the beach for more bums on seats, and once again that ole peir keeps attracting those "fishers"

But without PJ, courtesy of speedos and snorkel,to hook the fish on the end of their line? - What will they do?
( PJ - Sorry to have missed you - Guess I'll have to wait for that Ouzo now )

And B.Girl - Donut Man in Stereo? - Doesn't bear thinking about.
( as long as he doesn't double his price )

Cheers
Negg

A shaky start to the day today with 18 deg on the clock at 9 am -----
---- then it rained for a full ten minutes !

But... Don't I wish I had taken the camera to Arillas with me this afternoon.
From 12 ish the sun came out and a glorious afternoon had by all.

Arillas is getting busier folks and, today I had to search for somewhere to park!
It's good to see Arillas buzzing and it's good to see so many faces, old n new.

Poor Ang n Chris go home tomorrow. What happened to the last 7 days?

Ivan n Avril are here and we are all eating together Friday night.
Mavis and Robin here next week! - So many Tavernas so little time!

I spent 3 hours this pm doing nothing but acheiving loads. Hey!- another day "AVRIO"

Dimitris and Litsa's bebe is a cracker of a bonny boy and I enjoyed many minutes of:-
"Cuddly toy tickling tummy and loadsa chuckles in reply"
( doesn't seem to work with Dimitris though? - Bigger cuddly toy reqd perhaps? )
Cheers

After a bit of rain and thunder overnight we found a very dull start to the morning.

But...... By 2 pm the sun was forcing it's way through and temps hovered around the 23/24 deg mark.

Anyway, who wants to know about the weather?

Guess who I bumped into?

Erga (EEG)  & Heide, both looking well and like two coiled springs poised a twanging time. - They look well and I'm sure will have a good holiday.
Woe betide any bar than runs out of Mythos!

And then - Who's is? - Here for another week.

Being a roving reporter does get it's perks, don't yer know.

Nearly forgot. - I did get a picture of the beach.

Also saw Hanneka, another Forum member, from Holland.

A good afternoon with local bars looking after those Rugby addicts, who want some time off the beach, plus activity in various Tavernas.

Now, at 6:30 pm the thunder is on it's way back and very noisy it is too!
However, with temps still around 21 deg what's the problem with a bit of noise when it's still warm enough to stand out in it?
Cheers
Negg
