Yer right there Diane - £3 is an insult - Might buy 2 Ouzo's.
As much as Ouzo forms a major part of my bloodstream if I was offered 2 Ouzo's to miss a day in Arillas I know what the answer would be.
Believe it or not, I can wait 24 hours for an ouzo.

Only another 20 posts John and you're a winner of a silver medal. Get those fingers prepared. Soak in warm water to keep supple and type away.

We were delayed with Thomson going out on the 28/09 for about an hour, but we were already on the plane.  Something to do with Customs seals and the on-board bar.

Coming back, we arrived at Corfu airport to hear them anouncing that the flight was delayed and had only just left Manchester.  Because the flight was around two and a half hours late taking off they did not issue refreshment vouchers (it has to be 3 hours), but once on the plane the first drink (anything you wanted except champagne) was complimentary!!

Hi Jill

It was great to meet you and Mick after so much corresponding!
We have been back nearly a week already, can't believe it - the time in Arillas just flew and we were so lucky with the weather.  Sent you a pm and email.

I've just dropped my son and his partner at Gatwick for the Thomas Cook flight to Corfu. I was back in Southampton when they text to say the flight is delayed one and a half hours....they were not happy as that means they are now hanging around there till nearly 1am. Also not good news for the poor people waiting in Corfu airport for the return flight.....
