hello Vivian and Pete,
the studios at the Horizon are really nice and a good size.Sally and i stayed there last May and have already booked for next May the first 2 weeks. It is costing us £433.00 for the fortnight flying from Exeter so is a real bargin, this is with Lybra.Other than that look at the owners/property section from the home page that might help you.

hello Vivian,

If you are prepared to do flight only and book your accomodation seperately you can book direct with the Horizon.

I do not have the email address to hand, but if you type the Horizon Hotel Arillas into Google you will find it there.  I emailed them from work on Friday to find out the price for June, but I will have to wait until I go back to work tomorrow to see if I have a reply.

Yes Harold, go and rub it  in again about your great bargain.   After you posted the message the first time a couple of weeks ago, I checked the prices flying from 'up here' and it was not such a bargain for us. :(  :(  :( I am so jealous of you

I wish we were as lucky as you.Living and flying from Norwich means we have very little choice when it comes to Arillas. Also it always works out expensive. But to go from anywhere else we have to consider parking which we don't here as we live so close also extra kenneling for our dogs.Would love to still live near Manchester.

Hi, Thanks Eileen will have a look at that in a moment. We got offerd a great dealat Anna's 2nd -16th Oct £458 for both of us from Manchester.,but would prefer a sea view if possable. We are very lucky in the fact I have a good friend that looks after Kizzy in the house with her own dog'a even though she has kennal's, and we are about an hour from Manchester if traffic good. Viv

Hi' Viv,

Glad to hear you got booked up successfully for 2 visits next year and you have got your sea view. :)  You have 2 holidays to look forward to for the same price as some people pay for 2 weeks, not bad at all in my books  It seems we can't get enough of the place.

Hi Eileen, dead right, never thought it would be as nice as everybody said, but now we can understand why you all rave about it.  So glad I decided to look for a site about Arillas and found this one. Don't know what I would do without my daily dose now. Viv

I stayed at the Horizon twice last summer - hotel/studios -the same thing.  Really loved it, I booked directly with Horizon by e-mail and then backed up with a phone call.  Will definitley be back next summer.  Staff all super and place spotless.

Thumbs up for the Horizon - we have just come back after a week there (not long enough) - went straight to the phone to try to book up for next Sep/Oct through Sky Travel shop but were told it is already booked out  :(
We tried Libra but can't get the dates we hoped for, so the next couple of days left of our annual leave will be spent looking for an alternative hotel/apartment in Arillas - after all, it IS the ONLY place for a holiday  :D

Hi Bob and Joyce,
Sally and I started to try and book the Horizon(for next May)in July and guess what we have had to book into the Alexandros apartments just up from the Rainbow complex. What we did was book an apartment for 3 people as we had a very small room there in Sept 2004.Both Sally and I are disapointed over the Horizon, and am thinking of a holiday to Crete or Skiathos for either October 2006 or May 2007,but we will see.

Hi Harold
yes, we are disappointed too.  The travel agents told us that the place had been booked out by the end of August.
We are still working on it and I've written to the Horizon direct to see if they do actually have any space - desperate measures!  If that fails, we'll try to find another hotel or apartment instead.
Part of the problem is that our daughter wants to go next year and finding a single room is proving to be difficult without paying through the nose for it - Libra quoted a supplement of £210 a week!

Ina's apartments are great [next to her shop ] I think that I have her e mail somewhere but you have to book your own flight.
