I don't know if there are any Catholics on this site but Mrs Greatboosup is certainly one.
As far as I knlow the only Catholic church is in Corfu Town.
Does anyone know the mass times and is there a Saturday evening mass ?
I would imagine the only way to get there is by cab and an return trip would be about 100 Euros, is this correct ?

I think you are right in that the only Catholic Church is in Corfu Town. I don't know if they do a Sat evening mass though.

First thing to do is buy a "Corfiot News" when you get here. This should have some info in for you when you arrive. The Corfiot is an English monthly newspaper so I'm hoping it will have the info you seek.
( And, if not , you will have some contact tel no's in there that may help )

Second thing is, maybe hire a car for three days as this is much cheaper than having a taxi each way, just for one night.

Yes TGBT - it will be 100 euros or a bit more.

A practical thought though - if you find the Saturday mass, you can save a lot of money by getting to San Stefanos then getting a bus to Corfu Town (total 10-12 euros?) on Saturday afternoon to avoid the 50 euro cost of the taxi. A slow and leisurely trip there - watch the scenery and then spend the afternoon walking around the Liston and other wonderful sights. Just pay the taxi fare back.

Can't help with the Catholic mass (suppose I should, mum was an Irish Catholic) but my religion is Arillas.

Best wishes

But I am not sure when this site has been last updated.
