A lot of you will find this sad, but here goes any way.

Does anybody know if any of the bars will be showing the world cup qualifiers in September, please.

Hope not as that is when we go!

You can count on Coconut showing football and all the other kind of sports and Malibu is showing all the big games as well. If it is not on the screen ask for it :)

I'm with you BG.

Sorry all you footy fans but not everyone wants to watch football.Surely they don't both have to show the same matches. If they do some of us will just have to dally in the tavernas until the match is finished (not that that will be a problem as they are all great anyway). At least they usually put a board outside warning when the sport is on so those of us who want to can avoid it.

Sorry guys rant over.

Jen

Rant away Jen :D You are correct about the "warning" boards outside. There are still plenty of establishments where to enjoy a drink or two with out the intrusion of sports :)

We went last September and England games were shown in Coconut so i think they will be on. They also showed live Premier league games as well.

Thanks for this everyone, even the dissenters.  I am going to miss seeing West Brom play, so need to get my fix of disappointment watching England instead!
