Take a look at the beiginning of the "First Posts" under Kokinnos in accommodation reviews on this site. It should give you an idea.

John,
as you say they are basic accommadation, they are set in a very quiet area of Arillas. They are kept nice and clean by rhe owners who live next door, they also have a mini market. The nearest pool to you is at the Makris which is another Manos property(though i do not know the size of the pool,it was only built last year),back towards the main road. The sea is about a 10 minute stroll away, where you will find a few places with pools also.Next door to the Kokinos is a taverna.
Harold,

John,
i am a signalman, and have 12yrs to go to retirement, mortgage is paid off so am saving towards the day i finish. Our plans are that we would live in Corfu for the winter and back in the Uk when all the grockles are about. We would love to buy in Arillas, but do not have the cash at the moment and we do not want a loan either.
Harold,

The best pool for "serious" swimmimg is the one at he Bardis Sun hotel. You can get a good lenght in there.Hope you enjoy your holiday. If you click on the map you can see where it is.

If all goes to plan then, in 2 years time, we will be living about 6 minutes drive away from Arillas.
