Sea Breeze food - give it a go!
« on: May 30, 2009, 08:23:21 PM »
I can vouch that Sea Breeze are most definitely getting there act togeter - Glenn and Mel are doing wonders with the menu - Mels HOMEMADE chicken soup last week was superb, and a fish platter that couldnt be faulted along with lovely chocolate gateux all for 9 euros!!  and gammon and egg with homemade chips were just what was required on friday night with a nice cold beer homemade fish pie to die for.  For all those still to get out to Arillas give Yannis and Glen and Mel  a go at sea breeze you wont be dissappointed - its the pick me up they needed and we wish Glen and Mel all the best for there hard work to make it happen - looking forward to eating there again in September.

Thanks Tracey and Peter,

Yes, we're definitely going to give them a try this year. They are in an ideal spot, after all....

We will too lynn luvver and tracey/peter.  Another couple of thousand calories and inches on my belly....

We go to next door (Grazella) a lot, but obviously not both at same time. So looking foward to making a decision....

has it had a total refurb there then - or is it a case of a menu change with glen and mel fronting the show?

i will give it a go for sure - i always do its one of the 1st ports of call when arriving back home.

I LOVE ARILLAS IT'S GODS LITTLE ACRE.

The Sea Breeze is fantastic value for money food!

I stayed at the appartments last year, had breakfasts and several dinners there. I looked around and couldnt find better priced food within a short walks distance. The soup looked quite watery but really surprised me on how full of flavour it was!

Good prices, amazing view, especially at sundown and friendly service. Shame that not more people go there (or at least when I was there)

Ill be sat out there having a few meals and carrafes of retsina though, in just under a month :D

We went there on our last trip to Arillas in May 2007, and the whole experience was just awful!!

BUT now its getting all these positive reviews, we will give it another go in September, sounds good, and also it does have a fab location, so i will hopefully enjoy this time!
