Hi Littleal!
I would thoroughly recommend a small book by Lance Chilton. Its called 'Walks in Northwest Corfu" It comes with a water/dustproof jacket and a detailed map which covers all the towns and villages in that area in great detail showing roads, tracks, footpaths, donkey paths and points of interest such as buildings, tavernas, streams, beaches and geological features such as cliffs. I use it every time I'm in Arillas.
It's not expensive (about £10) available from:-
Marengo Publications,
17, Bernard Crescent,
Hunstanton,
PE36 6ER.

Hope this helps you,
All the best,
Martin.

I have just bought the book and the walks look lovely. It's only a small publication so will easily fit into a small bag/rucksack.  I got the information from another part of this forum, which is so informative.  Definately give them a try, the service was good and prompt.  I have been to Arillas for twelve years now and have walked for miles but I reckon there'll be plenty I've missed!  Enjoy the walks littleal!

I can certainly 'second' that recommendation having used Lance Chilton's booklets and maps for many years.
In the days I used to jog around Agios Georgios and district I was forever looking for new routes and gave Lance's map a thorough testing. He even marks up the dead-enders.

I believe the booklet and map are £8 incuding P&P.
