Searching all over the internet, I am struggling to find a better price for flights than £270 for 2 weeks (and that EXCLUDES any luggage etc!) return for the summer hols.  We have 5 in our party, 3 adults and 2 kids age 12.  Prefer a Northern airport.  My hols are from Fri 22nd July until about 3rd Sep.  There you are people, a challenge has been set!! Not bothered if different flights or different airports.  HELP!!!

Easyjet Manchester Sat.27th August - Fri.sept 9th = £187 (not incl.luggage etc).
Not quite 2 weeks and I know it means a few extra days off school for the kids but I'm guessing they won't mind!

Flights are Monday 25th July at 1600 hours going and 22.15 returning on the Monday 8th August
you might be able to juggle luggage about a tad as its 22Kg

What about Newcastle with Jet2 25/7 to 8/8 - looks like 1427 with 22kgs bags.  Timings similar to the Leeds flights.

I sympathise Jo! I've been trying to find flights at a reasonable price, so that I can see my grand daughter. Now, after searching high and low.....and prices being ridiculous..... they're thinking about different dates! Here I go, trawling again.......


Keep looking, Arillas will not be the same without the Wissets!!!

Hear Hear Maggie! Jo luvver, I have been trawling on and off since I read your post. I'll keep trying, but haven't found anything yet. Our own EJ flights have gone up over £250 for two of us since we booked. You may need that last minute, cases packed and ready, go tomorrow "bargain."

Still hoping it works out. Somehow, like Maggie says, 2011 won't be the same without the Wissetts.....

Jo, lowcostholidays.com are coming out at £258.40 each inc taxes (£1,292 in total), 25th July going, 1st Aug coming back.  I know it's only a week but for the last two years that is what I had to do because I couldn't afford two weeks (it's the spending money really because the holiday doesn't cost that much more).  They are good flight times too from Manchester.

Just done a search on Direct Flights and Holidays.
Monday 25th July for 2weeks with Monarch at 11am in the morning out to corfu.
Coming in at a cost of £1382.50. Includes all taxes and luggage allowance.
Truly hope you manage to get there.
