Corfu Airport

I know quite a few of you have returned recently from Corfu   and I just wondered what the situation is at the airport at the moment.  Are they weighing cases and charging for excess?

I know that when we were out in June, the Thomas Cook reps told us that they would have new weighing equipment "in 6 weeks" which must have passed by now!

I don't plan to return with more than 20kgs, but it would be nice to know the situation.

 We have just returned and Corfu airport  seem more concerned with scanning your bags than worrying about the weight and I know mine was over the 20 kgs.I even had my bag searched because it showed cassettes inside, which is good as they are more concerned with security than how much duty free your taking out, don't worry.
