Hi all we will be landing in Arillas 18 of july. Although we visited corfu for the last 5 years this will be our first time at Arillas (and cant wait). we normally go to mirritosa

are there any sunbeds on the naturist part of the beach?

Sorry no sunbeds on the north or the far end of the south beach.
As Arillas is not an official naturist beach, think this is the reason.
The love affair continues.

Completely answered Val. The naturist North end is beautiful, but totally unofficial. Apparently it takes a couple of wades through the sea this year after you turn right past the steps outside Kaloudis. But it is flat, and relatively easy to get to compared to many. Many of us use it. No sunbeds, just nature.

But Arillas offers a lot more than just that. Start with the food for example. But in the end it is the locals who make it what it is. The people of Arillas are basically why most of us on this forum keep going back year after year. Many are truly our friends, not just our hosts.

Rest assured gaz n ali, at this time of the year the question is simply "how hot will it be?" Have known it in the late forties once in July, though this is rare. Just leave your cares at the airport. Join in with the village community, and savour the amazing choice of gorgeous food. At first glance Arillas looks like not much. But in reality it is so special.

Would love to read your thoughts when we are all back abroad here in UK.
