Can't view videos

Hope someone can help.

I have always been able to watch videos e.g Arillas song. but now all i get is a blank option.

The easiest way to watch the videos is to go to Youtube and just search for Arillas, and if you specifically want the Arillas song just search for it. If you are using a Mac, Ipad, or Iphone you could have problems due to "Flash" not being available.
