"Vicky" Fruit Liquer
« on: March 20, 2012, 10:24:40 PM »
Anybody know if I can get this in Arrilas? we buy it every year in Kefalos, Kos, but unfortunately we are not going this year, Arrilas, instead! It is distilled on Rhodes, tastes like an alcoholic Vimto, 27% proof! great for cold nights after walking the dog, or any night really.

Wooo sounds interesting, never seen this, not even when we've been to Kos.

It does sound nice!  As Val said I have been to Kos a couple of times, to Kefalos once last time 18 months ago to Mastihari, and I have never seen it/heard of it?

Dylan, rest assured you will not feel unfortunate once you discover Arillas! No idea about the drink though sorry. The Kumquat that Corfu sounds similar

We really liked it Sandy but I bet it has changed quite a lot in that time !  It was good as it still had an authentic Greek feel to it but there was also a few bits for the little one to do. I liked the busy port and would vanish for an hour early evening, while the ladies got ready, to people watch with a Mythos/Ouzo,,,,,
