Coming to Arillas 03/09/05

Hi everyone - have to say what a find this site has been!

We've booked a last minute deal and will be arriving early Saturday morning - I can't wait!

I've just got the inevitable few questions.  I normally use an ATM as the main way of getting my holiday cash but I can see from previous posts that there isn't one in the resort.  I will obviously bring travellers cheques but I like the backup of having more money available just in case.  I think I read somewhere that if you walk to San Stefanos you can get a bus into Sidari from there - is that correct?  This leads to my second question....
I'm not fit by any stretch of the imagination (too fat, smoker, drinks too much   ) but even I don't want to spend the whole fortnight just lounging by the pool..  I've read there are several walks you can do - are these well publicised?  Are there any bicycles available for hire?  Buses - is there only the one - and does it go anywhere other than Corfu Town?  Boat trips - do you get these from Arillas or from another resort?

Thanks in advance

Karen :D
