What lovely photos ! Where was the restaurant that you had your celebration meal? That looked fabulous,....we are in Arillas in 5 weeks  (ooh cannot wait!) and would love to eat in this place if we could find it.

Congratulations to Angela too! How exciting to plan and look forward to!

Yes I'm sure our paths will cross and didn't mean to hijack your post sorry! Claire Dionysos is in Afionas which is a beautiful little village right next to Arillas. The views really are spectacular

Thank you everyone for your wonderful replies and Jo - do not worry about hijacking my post - the more the merrier and the pics were fantastic, what a wonderful day it must have been! :)

Ness - i fully intend to catch up with you on the beach again this year.

Phil - hopefully we shall see you in the Nut and say hello for the first time.  No need to worry about the water though as we are both looking forward to Grandchildren rather than any of our own ;)

Anyway, we are now on the final countdown to our hols; Livi is looking forward to seeing her friend Izzy from last year, and John is looking forward to meeting the couple i became friendly with - they have already said they will ensure they book to be in Arillas for our wedding next year.  This is no hardship for them as they have being Arilliacs for about 15 year I believe.

So, a week today and we will be counting the hours to go before we go for our sleepover at Newcastle Airport.

See you all soon:)

Many congratulations.  It will be wonderful for you to marry in Arillas.  We found it one year after we got married 17 years ago or there would have been no contest.  Usually there in August so may be able to cheer you on as well.
Ann x :)

Congratulations Angela and just to add to your options, I had a chat to Nikos at Akrotiri two weeks ago about weddings at Akrotiri, and he has a marriage taking taking place there in 2014. Even if you have the ceremony on the beach I don't think you could find a better place for the celebrations. I reckon you would feel on Top of the world up there :-)
