Wednesday 14th August - Taxi share?

I will be arriving in Corfu late(ish) Wednesday 14th August - fingers crossed that there's no delays, i'm due to land (coming from Manchester) around 9:30pm

I already have a coach transfer as part of my package holiday, but would really prefer to take the trip via Taxi

Anyone arriving around the same time that would be willing to share a taxi with me?

Well it's been decided.. i'm way too impatient to sit for 2+ hours on the coach transfer.. i contacted Lena at the Makris yesterday and she's booked me a taxi

This means i will get there while the bar is still open! yay

& now it's officially Monday.. i can say I'M GOING TO ARILLAS NEXT WEEEEEK!!! woohoo! lol

Not excited, are you?  We are too, with 24 days to go.  As for coach transfers, we've been lucky- only one was a marathon. So we save on taxi fare. Must be around 55-60 euro now. As you say, though, more drinking time.  Enjoy!

€54.. is a little pricey when it's just for one person but i'd be spending more than that if i were staying home.. so i thought why the heck not!

It wasn't really the long(ish) coach journey that i was fussed about, more the fact that i didn't want to arrive at the dead of night and have to wait till morning to meet others. And like you say, i'll now get an hour or 2's drinking time as well!
