Mathraki is fantastic, Nikos will serve you anything you want, the eggs are from their chickens, amazing food.  My personal fave is the Marinaki at the bottom of the donkey track before Kaloudis, English or Greek, its just divine.

You are so right Keith, you can eat somewhere different each day and always be satisfied, if you have a late brunch it's always worth a walk to San Stef and get a gyros in Tasty Corner, superb food.

I usually only eat cereal or fruit for breakfast at home, but one of the things I most look forward to in Arillas is Nic's breakfast at Mathraki.   Freshly laid eggs from the chickens that run around in their garden - spent many an hour watching them chase around, or laze in the sun.
Boiled egg, toast, orange juice and coffee - every morning.
Roll on the next three weeks, I'm getting hungry!

One of our favourite breakfasts is walking up to the bakery and sitting outside eating one of their delicious warm cheese pies (naughty but nice!) with a coffee and having a chat or a simple kalimera to people going in and out of the bakery and just relaxing instead of having to rush off to work Bliss!

Yes Tony we are, we really loved our first visit, but had already got everything sorted for last year as we celebrated our 40th Anniversary and spent all our money on long haul and Kef of course! ..... we had talked our friend into going last year to Rainbow but he sadly had to cancel as he was diagnosed with oral Cancer.

We are looking forward to arriving back again!  Have yet to sort out the Dink but have had a price from Olga...... last year we got it from her but she had got it from a place in San Stef.  So will try to find the number direct as it may be cheaper....
