Hi everyone

this is a message for Peter, the banker, who was staying in the Bardis Sun Hotel (June 13 - 20 this year) and who ate lunch every day in Gratsella.

We don't have your email address or any way of contacting you, but just wanted to wish you and your team good luck for tonight in the World Cup Final.

Very best wishes

Pam and Ira (from Swansea, who were staying in the Horizon)

Fantastic!!!  I knew you would be delighted that they were in the final and we just had to try and get in contact to wish you good luck.

Great that we managed to reach you, Ira didn't think that this would work!

Thank you for your good wishes re the Swans, but I'm afraid that Ira and I are not football supporters..... we leave that to the chap with no hair or teeth, but lots of tattoes!!!!

Hope you are not making any MAJOR financial decisions today in work... !!

very best wishes

Truth

I hope there's no Cockney Rhyming Slang involved here ?   LOL
Wolverhampton Wanderers, pride of The Midlands......

Sinbad

No intrigue and no cockney rhyming slang!

Just a very nice gentleman called Peter who works in a bank (in Dusseldorf I think?)  An avid supporter of his team in the World Cup who was enjoying watching the games when we were in Arillas at the beginning of June.

Unfortunately we did not see him on our last day to exchange email addresses and this was the only way I could think of trying to get hold of him to wish his team good luck for the final.

And a very good way to use our forum. The whole point is staying in touch with people you meet in Arillas. Tonight the power of it will see us celebrate no more than being here, with two very dear friends at Brouklis.

Totally agreed Phil. Who knows, maybe one day hubby and I will be in Arillas at the same time as you and Jen????

I would wish you a fabulous holiday but I know you are already are and always will....very envious!

Don't be envious Pam. I might be the Fanny Craddock of Arillas, I just share the recipe, which is so simple. My work will be done when every business in Arillas tells me that they have survived, and are happy with the takings............

But NONE of them employ me. I just need to be here until I die. And a thriving Arillas will make that happen. Totally selfish, but helping many to choose a brilliant place to holiday.

Hello Paul, thanks for butting in to introduce yourself.  I can see from your posts that you are even more of an Arillas fanatic than I am!

Lovely to hear from a fellow Swansea jack!

We were in Arillas in June so unfortunately will not be returning now for a while,

cheers
Pam and Ira

Pam and Ira, I reckon we will cross paths in Arillas sometime..  Wishing our lives away until September.

Take care, fellow Jacks.
