  Can anyone recommend  an architect and a builder ( - we already have some names but would like to hear other opinions.)

Spiros Aspiotis - Built Villa Theia and Gary n Sara's new house.
(Spiros runs the builders "yard" just outside of Arillas)

Lefteris Tsoukalas, Acharavi. - Built our place and two other local Villas, which we manage.

Costa and Peri , from Coconut. Maybe take a look at their builds in Ag.Georgos.

Architect? - Probably listen to the advice of the builder or the owners at places already completed.

Always willing to help and suggest you try and take a look at finished builds. A good idea of what to do and in some cases, what not to do.

Architect - Dimitris Dalianis. He will deal with everything for you from initial plans right through to building completion. He only uses the very best builders on the island and he can be trusted to hold your hand every step of the way.
