Thomson price increases
« on: June 24, 2015, 03:57:13 PM »
Hi
This year we are booked into the Mathraki arriving on the 06.05 on Fri Sept 4th flight from Gatwick, at a cost of £948 + any extras we selected.
Looking at 2016, the same booking, albeit Sept 2nd, is £1228 + any extras an increase of £280 !!!

If we select Monday Sept 5th, the same flight times etc,  the basic holiday cost is £25 cheaper than this year.

I've booked 2 weeks at Mathraki, leaving on 3 June 2016, from Donaster.  Total cost is £720 which is £20 cheaper than we paid this year (for two of us).  Also booked a week at Mathraki for four of us in September at £291 each.  I think it depends on dates and airports

I booked for the same two weeks in 2016 as soon as I arrived home last month and saved 80 pounds compared to this years price.

Hi
As my holiday booking this year is exactly as next year,  re date (allowing for leap year), airport, flight times and accommodation, I think that is a large increase.
Very much doubt  Nico at the Makraki is getting the same % increase

Hi
My Sept  2015 holiday was booked in June 2014 and the Sept 2nd 2016 price was as  was  June 2015. As near as dam it on the same day.
