Sad news from Dutch travel organisation Hellas travel .They skipped all the flights to and from Corfu .

Dear Client,

Unfortunately we have to inform you that we are forced to become all flights to and from Corfu / Greece to cancel.

The reasons for this are located in the standstill in bookings and cancellations as a result of the ambiguities and uncertainties about the status of Greece in recent months.

The sudden agreement with Greece of Today's certainly late and we expect no improvement in the bookings.

Last few days we have in consultation with our lawyer intense discussions with the actual carrier-aegean airlines-to an acceptable solution for our passengers / clients.
Unfortunately, the agreement no positive result, and we have become so forced to cancel the flights.
We regret this very much.

We are in agreement with our lawyer on the current situation and as soon you will know more about the objectives and further settlement.

For the clients, that besides the airline tickets also have an accommodation, custodial anyway that they paid for that amount back will receive the foundation ht accommodatiegelden provided directly at the foundation paid and fulfilled.

For the clients / passengers in Greece be alternative flights arranged. We will approach them separately.

The ailine was flying only fron the netherlands?
that;s strange as our Member HAnneke has been reading on the dutch papers that there were very few cancelations to Greece due to the crisis . The Dutch Authorities and Tourist associations had been reasuring their travelers that they are going to have any problems concerning the new crisis.
