Interested to know who holds the "record" for the number of times they have done the Arillas Trail.

Is once enough? Is 2 too many? - Who always comes back for more?

Eggy, I twice got kitted out for the trail and both times didn't even start it. The first time we spent too much time at the bakery, the second time we got to talking to and throwing sticks for a dog behind Kostas on the Beach who then wouldn't go home - lame excuse I know, it was 40* though. If I'm ever there in May or September the trail is definitely on my bucket list.

I must hold the record for 'secretly' doing the trail!  I thought we were taking a different route to Effi's one evening, I got that one wrong!  The heavens opened and we got drenched, my family were not very impressed but I enjoyed it, we had to turn back eventually but it only took us an hour and half to get from Galini to Rainbow for tea!!  If looks could kill ....... the route from Effi's comes out near Mathraki.  Funnily enough, no one fancied my 'shortcuts' after that haha!

Done it 10 times all the way round and different bits of it about 18. Don't think that will get any where near a record xxx

10 times could be more than "Brouklis"
Anyone beat 10 then?? (

(Cheryl has a few more "short cuts" to make - me-thinks!)

Looking forward to perhaps trying this in July.  Who am I kidding? I will be horizontal on my sunbed and wave my husband off as usual.  For all you newbies its supposed to be brilliant so give it a whirl!

Lol!...why not keep your hubby company this year? Give it a go Jo...it's not too difficult and is really rewarding. You'll enjoy that dip in the pool or sea so much more when you complete the walk and not forgetting the cold beer on your return or a chilled white wine or a gin and tonic with plenty of ice or.......whatever your tipple is!

If I'm really honest Val, after doing the walk I also do absolutely nothing the next day and that's not by choice but because I'm simply knackered!

I am only persuaded to walk a distance if there is an ice cold wine at the end of it.  This is why I did Afionas (Night Owl) and the Cliff walk (Akrotiri :))
