I can't upload my pics user gallery.
/home/arillas/public_html/page/images/rsgallery/thumb exists, but is not Writable!/home/arillas/public_html/page/images/rsgallery/display exists, but ....

Hello Pappa I fixed the problem!
Thank you for beeing so brave and tryed to be the first to uplaod a picture.
Please make the pictures not bigger that 400x400px as I do not know what happens after that.

Oh! Dimitris! Help!!!
I canīt delete 2 photos from me out of the photo-gallery (User gallery)! They are double now :-(
The bottom delete is not working!

Hmmm!!!From my gallery I can delete pictures?Aha, but not, if I take a photo in the user-gallery! Because I tried to delete it from there! Was machst Du eigentlich vor dem PC? Habt Ihr nicht schon offen? Lieben Gruß :-)

deciced to put some more pics on this morning all went fine untell I pressed the save button, it said "must select a gallery" sounds easy but when I clicked on select a gallery there was no drop down list. Dont know if this is just me or if Dimitris is still working on site. The one added thee other day worked just fine with no hitches what so ever. Viv

Hmmm! Yesterday I had no problem to upload some photos!
Try this => First go on "My Galleries" than is there "My Images" and "my galleries"!
Go on "My galleries" Write down you Gallery name, write something into "Discription" And click on "Published"
And than press the Buttom "save" On the top! This is not in color, since normal, but that is working!
Than go back to "My images" Find your Gallery in "select gallery"
Find your photo and give a Title in! And than press the buttom "save" on the top(here it is in color)!
This is what I did! And I tried it few minutes again and it was working!
I hope I explain it good, because my english is not so good, I am German!

Hi Viv , I,ll see what I can do We are having some internet connection problems today in arillas. every five minutes the conections is down.
The other thing is that I moved my equipment from home to my Taverna and someone has to connect the weathercam properly on my PC.
I really need to get Akis our IT man in Arillas .
Why dont we patronise him with some complaining SMS ar his moblile phone?.

Your English is much better then my German, even though we lived there for 3 years.
You explained it really well, and I had no drop down menu because I did not put my name to it the other day.

nothing uploads for me,i'm trying to upload in user galleries,my pics are 400x266,i click on browse,then save,nothing saves?

Hi, just had a look, when I last uploaded some photo's there was a publish and a save botton on the top half in black and white and a save and edit button on bottem half in colour. The top half seems to have gone, tried just typing in my gallery name and uploading on second save but dosent seem to want to work that way. I dont know if this explains anything to you Dimitris. I do hope so. Love Viv

Hello every one Imso sory but I's stil looking for a safer way of adding pictures on the website.
there have been some problems in the past that I would not like to see again on our website.
please forgive me but I have given other priorities than that .
Today there was a perfect strong wind for windsurfing so I could not miss it!!

Hi all,
I too have had problems uploading my profile photo - It appears to upload then all I get is a red X where my photo should be- I've checked my internet settings and I have got it set to show pictures , right clicked on the X and selected show picture but still no joy and I'm not sure if it's only me that cannot view it. In case it's my computer as last year I did a web page creation course and I had changed a lot of settings for that - any way I'll read all your tips and see if I can get it sorted

I have changed my pic quite often. this is how i do it ...
Go to Profile
then Forum Profile Information
make sure the radio button is on "I will upload my own picture"
click on the "Browse...." button then select the image from your own computer
when you've done that, go to the bottom of the page and click the "change profile" button
hope this helps

I did try that but I'll give it a go again- I do think I need to change some settings on my computer though - it's a tempormental thing

Hello Mary,
The problem is not in your computer.
The company that hosts our website has upgraded their server with extra security features etc.
I' have contacted them and the problem should be soon solved.
This is why the website has been unstable for a couple of days.
I had been informed by them a couple of days before but it was not sure that it would affect our website.

The problem was solved yesterday.
you may try to upload your avatar picture.!
Make sure the picture us not larger than 100x100px if you can;t make it smaller , just send it to me per email an ill do it for you manually.
