Having visited both Arrilas and San Stefanos several times over the last decade I am of the personal opinion that food and beverage is generally cheaper in San Stefanos ,anybody else made this observation.

No.....

You are probably right intentioncraft. But you are talking about very little different, not worth bothering about. You spend 11 euros on a 2 course special at Graziella in Arillas or 10 for similar in San Stef. But you are where you want to be. For me the extra euro will always be Arillas. For me it isn't the price, it's what I get for it.

Right on Phil, I'm sure it's only a euro or so difference and no big deal,I guess Arrilas charge more for the
Je ne sais quoi factor.

No.....

We stayed in San Stefano's in 2013 but for the last two years have stayed in Arillas. We didn't find any difference in price. Both places have some Tavernas that are cheaper than others.

Having stayed in Agios Stefanos for several years, last year we went independent and had our first week in Arillas and second week in AS. We are repeating the experience this year.
We found prices in shops/ bars/restaurants were all SLIGHTLY higher in Arillas, but its still a hell of a lot cheaper than most European resorts. Oh, and theres not a bad meal to be had in AS either.
