I'm sure I read on another topic that the sea breeze was changing its name ( I think!)
does anybody have info on this
and if true is it "meet the new boss, same as the old boss" or is it new owners?
thanks Dave

The Sea Breeze has been taken over by new owners. They are greek, and are working very hard to make a lovely experience. The food is good there. They have put in a lot of very hard work there. The new name in Vinceremos. Try it. Lovely people, lovely food. Lovely view also.

Thanks Maggie. We will be just round the corner with Poppy and Spiros. Definitely give it a try.

We'll try it. too. in October... When we were there in May they were busy getting it ready and it looked lovely. We kept waiting for it to open....
Can't wait (but another 3 months ish)...

Us too!! Does that mean the apts are also owned by someone else as well?
-
Can anyone tell me if Yianni is still running the apartments then?

As we did as well. Also noticed that the side of Willy's Wash House had been painted and the name deleted. Did spot a few people around the "Seabreeze" pool during the last few days of our stay in May.

Seem to remember some posts about Seabreeze being on the Easyjet holiday site, or am I mistaken?

I'm told Yiannis still has control of the Appts and, today, delivering some laundry to Willy's Wash House, was very impressed by the pool and surrounding area.
(Coulda jumped in there me self!- but nobody threw in an Ouzo)
Many good reports coming to me about Vinceremos, over the last two weeks, so it is yet another place to be, in Arillas.
Very good prices linked with super food , as I am told.
- Egg n Wegg will be there soon.
(So many super places in Arillas to visit/try)
Willy's Wash House, by the way, is still operating very sucessfully and for those who travel light or want washing done before venturing home would do well to use them. Details on the business directory in the Forum.
Very reasonable and used my many local Villas now
(Plus they can collect and deliver).
Cheers

A nice mural on the wall. I 've always liked that small window but preferred it when it was blue

I must admit I think
the first mural was much nicer than the arrow

Had a very good meal there this week - friendly staff and of course, the advantage of a stunning sunset.
-
Looking forward to trying the Vinceremo in October....

Janis it really was very good and the staff very attentive but not in your face like some places when the business is trying to establish itself.
The food was excellent and the wine good with watermelon brought with the bill, yum.

Watermelon for your husband only and not you?? Sorry, only joking....
Looking forward to trying it after so many recommendations
Hopefully we'll get to meet next year, Val and Bill

Hi Janis, wish I had read my post first, your reply really made us laugh..... because Bill is not so keen on watermelon and I finished the whole plate myself. We will go back again this week I hope.

Vinceremos became a favorite place for an afternoon beer overlooking the sea and we also ate there twice in the evenings...
Very good prices and excellent food... Had some superb Sea Bream there and was very (pleasantly) surprised by the price
Staff attentive and with sense of humour (lucky when trying to understand my Greek!)
Will be back there again on the next trip for sure :-)

Yet another feather in the cap of Arillas.
(No dart board either - Has to be a big incentive to visit!)

We haven't "done it" yet but have heard very favourable reports. 18 short days in Arillas for us means that we miss loads of people and places. Mainly because we are so chilled and contented we do nothing at every opportunity. And this time I have no excuse at all - it is the nearest taverna to where we are staying at the fabulous Bardis Sun Studios. Maybe avrio, but tonight we plan to be at Brouklis if we can get in, or Dimitris can handle us being there (and then the Nut.)

:D sounds like a plan and tell a terrible joke to Dimitris for me Phil!

Vincermos
Exelent meal when we ate there.
Can confirm Val and Bill were enjoying there meal.
saw them after we had left Thomas's (fish taverna)
They were unable to get a table as it was full up, we only just got in at 7.45
Good idea to book if visiting Thomas's

Well, we never made it to Brouklis. The heat, the walking, the chill-axe, er we got as far as Graziella. And another fabulous Arillas meal.
Erja meluvver, the terrible joke may have to wait for October.... (From the boss' point of view, the terrible joke is that he has accepted our booking....)
Vinceremo is doing well from where I can see. But it is going to take another few years for PhilnJen to do them all. Three new eating experiences for us this time - Mirage, Helens' and Marina. All were spectacularly good.
It is a hard life when you spend most of the afternoon working out where you want to eat that evening, knowing they are all so good.
