Hi. Just to say that I will be in Arillas in September. Staying at Marina. 4-18.
Going to be a difficult trip for me; as many of you know, my Heather won`t be with me.
Looking forward to seeing many familiar faces - I need cheering up!
Yammas, Paul

Paul, we won't be there at the same time as you this year. I know you are doing what is right, and I know that all in Arillas who know you will be there for you. See you next year if not before.

An afternoon drink , with you, would be good. I generally hover around Beach Point of Kostas on Beach. I will keep a lookout for you and you watch for that 'ole Punto.

Hi Paul, We wont be in Arilla's tell 25th September this year. I know of 3 people who have lost there sweethearts and gone back to Arillas, all of them are now pleased they did so. I'm sure you will have both tears and laughter and the heartstrings are going to feel really torn, but at the same time feel you are doing as Heather wished you too, and as these people have been, will be pleased you did it and go back time after time. xxxxx

Thanks to everyone for your kind messages. Before I even think of Arillas, I have an important date this week -Friday 24th. It`s when I take Heather `home `to Llangorse, Brecon. Our two girls and Heather`s sister will be with me.
You`ll understand when I say I want to do it , yet don`t.
Ger, I hope you get booked up. Steve and Carole, may yet surprise you with a visit in this country.
Eggy, yes, that drink would be nice.
Kevin, have seen you on the beach many times but, yes, need a beer or two.
Sonia and Viv - Your words mean a lot. Here`s to meeting up one day!

I'll be thinking of you on Friday, Paul.

Thank you Cypress. Please forgive me- I've forgotten your name.

We may even be there too, health issues permitting. Arillas will weave it's magic for you although I'm sure it will be difficult for you. Best wishes for Friday.

I know that the people of Arillas will look after you as much or as little as you need. I know that in the same position I would be there. Will be thinking of you on Friday.

Hope it goes ok on Friday, Paul, you are setting her free. Your trip to Arillas will be hard but good too. Have not had a successful long term partnership but I have lost people I loved, what made Heather so special cannot be taken away from you.
-
Thanks, Cheryl. No, the memories of my girl cannot be taken away. I'm realise that I`ve been extremely lucky to have found her. Illness can be so cruel - it robbed her of many more happy years.
When do you go to Arillas this year?
Yammas, Paul.

Hi Paul,
I am going late May for my daughter's wedding then another week in early August.
Cannot wait to feel the sun on my face again.
Try and find some laughter on Friday if you can, she would want you all happy xx
-
Cheryl, we'll be there at the end of May too - staying at the Marina. I hope to get to meet you for the first time :-)
-
Thst will be lovely, Karen, look forward to finally meeting you
-
Same here Cheryl, we might get to have a beer and a natter at some point. In Arillas!

Well, just to say, my latest trip was fantastic. Bittersweet, too. Old friends and new ones made it a fortnight to remember.
First few days felt strange but after that I thought let`s just enjoy as best I can.
Thank you to all who invited me to places and events - I`m most grateful.
Yammas,
Paul
